One live inventory your whole team can see

WIPI workspaces are shared, not exported. When someone logs or moves an item, everyone else in the workspace sees the change without a file being sent, and each person's role controls what they can do.

Roles

  • Owner — full control, including billing and ownership transfer.
  • Admin — manages inventory, locations and team members.
  • Service Provider — works with the inventory but sees no billing and cannot manage the team.
  • Member — adds and edits items within the workspace.

Built for turnover work

  • Workspaces can be grouped into folders for multi-property portfolios.
  • Locations nest as deeply as a property needs — building, unit, room, shelf.
  • Check-in and turnover passes are logged by voice or photo as the walkthrough happens.
  • Bulk move and bulk edit reassign many items or sub-locations at once.
